Mindfulness Grief Coach supporting life after loss and life transitions.
I work with adults who are navigating grief, change, and moments of life that feel uncertain or overwhelming. My approach blends mindfulness, creativity, and gentle practical support to help you find steadiness again—emotionally, mentally, and in your everyday life.
This work is about more than coping. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, rebuilding stability, and learning how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.

My Story & Approach
A deeper look at my path, philosophy, and work
-
I believe navigating loss is not about “getting over” it—it is about learning how to carry it while living fully again.
Grief is a deeply personal journey, but it doesn’t have to be a lonely one.
I support adults navigating grief, change, and life transitions through compassionate coaching rooted in mindfulness and creativity.
-
I grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where my early love of travel and curiosity about people and culture shaped my perspective on life.
After moving to California in 1990, I built a career in luxury retail and design, developing a strong appreciation for beauty, organization, and transformation.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to how people move through change—especially life transitions that require rebuilding.
My work in grief support was deeply influenced by my mentorship with the late Dr. Patrick Arbore, a respected grief therapist and educator. Through his guidance, I learned the importance of being witnessed in our pain and the power of connection in healing.
This led me to serve as the Grief Administrative Coordinator for San Francisco Village, where I supported peer-led grief groups grounded in compassion and community.
-
Today, I bring together mindfulness, creative practices, and gentle structure to support people through grief and life transitions.
My work includes:
mindfulness-based grief support
expressive arts and collage work
ritual-based reflection practices
gentle organizing support during times of change
These tools help create space for clarity, grounding, and reconnection when life feels uncertain.
-
Service and advocacy are central to my work.
I am a Heart Valve Ambassador, supporting awareness and helping others navigate health-related life transitions.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Psychology, Humanities, Philosophy) from NYIT, and an AA in Visual Communications from FIDM.
I am also a professional home and office organizer with over a decade of experience helping clients create calmer, more functional spaces.
